Ellingson Companies, based in West Concord, Minnesota, is proud to be working with the City of Oronoco on their new Water Distribution System. As of today Ellingson Companies has completed installation of almost 70% of the planned directionally drilled water main. Ellingson is currently installing fire hydrants, valves and intersection connections on the portion of the water main that has been installed.
Ellingson Companies has also completed the 12" water main river crossing and the Geopier foundation system has been installed at the water tank site.
Ellingson Companies will continue directional drilling work when the weather warms above freezing and we anticipate open-cut installation of the water main and construction of the water tank and water service work will be started in the spring of 2010.
